The content of these sites, including the Quavern and Marl names, logos, texts, page designs and software, is protected by intellectual property law. Reproducing or reusing it without prior written permission is not allowed, except where the law expressly permits it.
Software that Quavern publishes under an open-source licence remains governed by that licence. Marl Code is proprietary software distributed as release binaries under its own licence terms.
Reporting illegal content
Under the French law for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), anyone can report content they believe to be illegal. Write to hello@quavern.com with the address of the content and the reason for the report.
